Learning Agreement (During the Mobility)

If all the courses students have chosen on the Learning Agreement (Before the Mobility) are on their account in the USOS system, they are required to attend the courses according to the schedule. They do not have to change their program and fill in the Learning Agreement document (During the Mobility). However, if the courses in the system do not correspond with student’s Learning Agreements, they must prepare the second part of the Learning Agreement called During The Mobility (Changes).

When students are allowed to make changes?

*If the courses they have chosen on their Learning Agreement before the mobility will not be open (the subject is not visible on their USOS account)

*If there is a conflict with the timetable of two or more courses.

We ask them to prepare the paper version of the document Learning Agreement during the mobility. (the template in the attachment is one for Erasmus students and one for students who come under a bilateral agreement). Once students complete the document, they need to come to our office, we need to check if, it is prepared properly or they can send me by email to control it.

If it is all correct, the Erasmus+ office helps students to get the signature of our departmental coordinator at the University of Opole, after his/her signature, learners should send their Learning Agreement (during the mobility) to their home university for acceptance. We need the scanned version of their Learning Agreement (Changes) signed by their Coordinator at your Home University. Based on this document, we will attach the right courses to their USOSweb account.

(We offer our help in scanning the document and sending it to your Home University.)

How to prepare for the changes?

In exceptional changes to table A, you put deleted components at our University (mark them with the cross as “deleted”) and then added components (mark them with the cross as added). IMPORTANT! Please do not forget to put the right codes and ECTS credit, it is extremely important.

In exceptional changes to table “B”, you shall put the courses that are going to be deleted or added regarding the courses at your Home University (you should consult the exceptional changes to table “B” with the coordinator of your home university).
