*An invitation can be obtained by current students of 1st and 2nd cycle studies. The candidates receive the studies invitation along with the rest of the documents provided by the Comission.

How to receive an invitation?

1. Download and fill out the visa form
2. Double check all the personal information
3. Send the filled out file to hello@uni.opole.pl. In the title of the e-mail put Visa invitation – Your last name
4. Once the document gets signed by an authorized person, an appropriate message will be sent to your e-mail address
5. Receive the original document in our office

Family invitation

How to receive a family invitation?

1. Download and fill out the visa form
2. Double check all the personal information for every person the invitation is meant for
3. Send the filled out file to hello@uni.opole.pl. In the title of the e-mail put Family visa invitation
4. Once the document gets signed by an authorized person, an appropriate message will be sent to your e-mail address
5. Receive the original document in our office

According to the resolution from December 12th 2013 about foreigners (Dz. U. 2021 r., poz. 2354) about giving permission for temporary residence due to a start or continuation of full-time higher studies or doctoral studies, you can apply if the goal of your stay is studying on the territory of Poland as long as this circumstance justifies your stay on the territory of Poland for longer than 3 months.

How to obtain a temporary residence card?

1. Fill out the application form about giving permission for temporary residence
2. Take 4 pictures (with correct dimensions)
3. Include a confirmation of a treasury payment
4. Make copies of a valid travel document
5. Obtain a certification of admission to begin or continue studies from the institution in charge of the studies
6. Include health insurance copies
7. Obtain a document confirming sufficient funds in the bank account
8. Include a document confirming the place of stay on the territory of Poland
9. Send all of the documents either through traditional mail or personally submit to the appropriate Voivodeship Office
