EU substantive law

The aim of the course is to provide students with a basic knowledge and understanding of the substantive law of the European Union, together with an understanding of their impact on the national legal orders of the Member States. The course focuses mainly on the freedoms of the internal market, (that is free movement of goods, persons, services and capita)and on EU competition law (that is rulles addressed to the Member States and rulles addressed to undertakings).
