Religion in International Relations

The purpose of the course is to introduce students to the evolving problem of religion “returning” to the area of International Relations after long decades of domination of secularization theory. It is to present and discuss both negative and positive presence of religious dimension such as religious extremism on one hand and religious peacebuilding on the other hand.

 

 

  •  evaluation: Students are expected to participate in the discssion during the class, prepare one presentation and pass the test at the end of the term.
