Before leaving, students have to compare their courses in the USOS system with their learning agreements – the courses should be the same in USOS and on their LA. If there is anything incorrect they should visit our Erasmus+ Office.
Please note, that we can give the certificate of attendance only to those students, who delivered to us the LA (during the mobility) duly signed by their home university (sending institution) – it concerns only those students who were obliged to make changes to LA.
In the USOS system, students will receive the Clearance Slip – confirmation that they have no obligations to our Main Library, to the Student’s Hall of Residence – Dormitory (They have to be sure about the payment), and finally that they have no obligations to Erasmus+ Office (Their documents are correct). Once all answers (issued by the Main Library, Dormitory Manager, and Erasmus Office) are positive – we will be able to give the students the final documents: Transcript of records and Certificate of Attendance. *Please note, regarding the clearance slip, students are only supposed to visit the dormitory administration one or two days before their leave and ask the responsible person from the dormitory administration to check from the USOs system whether they have paid and they do not have any kind of obligations like debt. It is very important to have a positive answer before they visit our office to get their final papers.
Once students receive all the grades, we request them to inform us to start the procedure of issuing transcripts of the records.
