Before leaving, students must compare the courses listed in the USOS system with those in their Learning Agreements (LA). The courses should match in both USOS and their LA. If there are any discrepancies, students should visit our Erasmus+ Office.
Please note that we can only issue the Certificate of Attendance to students who have submitted their Learning Agreement (During the Mobility), duly signed by their home university (sending institution). This applies to students who were required to make changes to their LA.
In the USOS system, students will receive a Clearance Slip, which confirms that they have no outstanding obligations to the Main Library, the Student’s Hall of Residence (Dormitory), and the Erasmus+ Office (i.e., all their documents are in order). Students must ensure that they have no outstanding payments at the dormitory and no unresolved matters with the Erasmus+ Office. Once all confirmations from the Main Library, Dormitory Manager, and Erasmus+ Office are positive, we will be able to issue the final documents: Transcript of Records and Certificate of Attendance.
*Please note, regarding the Clearance Slip, students should visit the dormitory administration one or two days before departure and ask the responsible person to check the USOS system for any outstanding payments or obligations. It is essential to have a positive confirmation before coming to our office to collect the final documents.
Once students have received all their grades, we kindly ask them to inform us so that we can begin the process of issuing their Transcript of Records.
