I will recommend studying abroad, because it’s an experience, which for sure will be useful in the future. There is also useful to make contacts with people, especially from whole world, possibilities to know other cultures and habits.
-
Did you have some issues there?
At the beginning there were small issues with public transportation and with getting from one place to another, because I didn’t know where something was located and it was hard to me remember some places difficult to find, but also in this case people were really helpful and friendly. Of course I was a little stressful , because of quite different culture and different language, but it’s easy thing to solve.

german philology, an Ambassador in Capgenimi Company in Opole
- Tell me about you hobbies?
I’m interested in foreign languages and people, so that’s why I tried to combine liguistic and pedagogics studies.
- Tell me about the project in which you took part?
For one year I have been an ambassador of Capgemini company in Opole. My duties included creating Public Resources of company among the students and also let them to interest them in company’s work. After my cooperating with the company, I got a lot of great and useful experience with working with people and I could know how the big international company works. I got also very good references, which will help me find good job in the future. The basic thing when you would like to work in such kind of company is knowing languages very well, in my case it’s german language. I learned that working in such a company does not have to be rigid, which destroyed this myth, because when I met really nice people I so quickly changed my mind. People are well-educated, but at the same time very helpful, nice. I believe that by this type of organizations and projects, as well as projects makes that Opole University offers a high standard of teaching and graduated students can work in really great conditions, they have little experience in this industry. It is an ideal option for students who start working from the basics.
