Vaccination point for UO students

Dear Students!

Universal vaccination is the only way to end the COVID-19 pandemic and return to normal life. In the spirit of responsibility for our common safety and concern for the comfort of life, we encourage you to get vaccinated against coronavirus.

The vaccination point prepared for students and employees of the University of Opole and their relatives will be open on 17 June 2021 from 2 to 8 pm in the Student Cultural Centre on the university campus.

Those wishing to be vaccinated will be attended to by two teams from the University Clinical Hospital, consisting of a person who qualifies for the vaccination and one who performs the vaccination.

Register for the vaccination

After completing the questionnaire, you will receive an email with the exact date and time of the vaccination.

Attention, important information! The organizer of the vaccinations is the University Clinical Hospital, therefore after registering via the above link you will also receive a system text message (from the e-Zdrowie platform) with notification of the date and place of the vaccination. This SMS should be ignored. Please follow only the information sent in the email from the University domain.

See you at the vaccination point!
