The program of the course will cover issues related to cultural and social conditions of the Poland and European Union. The specifics of the Opole region and issues related to integration will be discussed. The lectures will be combined with the visits in the Museum of the Opole Silesia.
The course contens:
– Silesia Region – specificity of the region, inhabitants, social and cultural conditions
– Cultural heritage of the Opole Silesia : selected customs and rituals, dialect, folk costume, culinary
– Monuments and interesting places of Opole Silesia
