INTRODUCTION TO EU LAW

The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the basis of institutional system of the EU law, i.e., EU institutions and legal sources, scope of EU competences and basic principles of EU law. Students will gain knowledge about the development of the EU, knowledge of the basic principles of EU law and measures available to review legality of EU law. They will also obtain some practical abilities to properly use procedures connected with the legality review of EU law, the ability to properly apply the UE law in the internal legal order according to basic principles of the EU law
