How to enter grades into Enter the final exams and grades?
Candidate enters their final exam grades. If the candidate has not taken an exam in the required subject it is possible to enter the end-of-the-year grade in a given subject – it is the candidate who enters the grade.
Should the Candidate submit their documents personally?
No, but the application and declaration about taking up studies must be signed by the candidate.
I do not have the number of my Licentiate yet.
Candidates for the second-cycle study programmes who do not know the number of their Licentiate (they are still in the process defending it) should put in a fictional number 1. When they get their real number they should enter it.
I can’t register because my PESEL number is already taken.
It can be the case of a mistake or a malicious takeover of the PESEL number.

What is an ‘old’ and ‘new’ matura?
The ‘new matura’ is the form of the final secondary school exam taken since 2005 up to now.
All previous final exams are defined as ‘old matura’.

What was the number of points needed to be admitted in previous years?
We do not have any statistics showing the number of points required in previous years.
Can candidates finishing secondary school abroad start studies at the University of Opole?
Candidate with a foreign certificate of finishing the secondary school will be treated as a person with the ‘old matura’. Verification of the certificate (whether it is equivalent to the Polish final exam certificate) is performed by the Education Office (Kuratorium).
Candidate has made a payment to a wrong account?
Candidate should come with their ID card and a receipt to the Bursar’s Office, 11a Kopernika Sq, Collegium Minus, Room: 11 or 12c.
Candidate has wrongly qualified their ‘matura’ exam or given wrong subjects.
If the candidate wrongly marks the ‘new matura’ but they took the ‘old matura’ and they realise their mistake after July 11 they will not be admitted in this round of admissions. They should inform the relevant Admission Committee about their mistake.
If the candidate wrongly points ‘matura’ subjects they can correct it during the registration process but they should first unregister from the study programme for which they had chosen the wrong exam and after amending the mistake register again.
How much is the registration fee and how should I pay it?
The registration fee is 85 PLN (21 EURO or 22 US Dollars)* for each chosen programme.
Registration fee payments should be made to the bank accounts generated after the online registering process is finished.
Bank account number is different for every candidate; the last 11 digits come from the PESEL number of the candidate.
To avoid problems you are advised not to make payments to any other University accounts.

The information about the payment should be confirmed on the candidate’s account within 48 hours. If there is no such confirmation a complaint should be filed in person at the Bursar’s Office,
11a Kopernika Sq, Collegium Minus, Room: 11 or 12c.

The registration for studies at the University of Opole in the academic year 2015/2016 starts on 01 April 2015.
