In order to receive a confirmation of accommodation which will be addressed personally to you, you are obliged to attach Application for a place at the dormitory in the IRK system. Please be informed that applications without information regarding distance of the University to the place of living and income will be rejected.

Additionally, until 31.08.2022 you have to send an official confirmation that the visa procedure has begun to International Students Office. The confirmation has to be sent to hello@uni.opole.pl. After you send such a confirmation, International Students Office will issue confirmation of accommodation addressed personally to you and send you IBAN details for payment for accommodation. 

Accommodation in the dormitory will be possible only within the deadline set in the accommodation schedule until (4.10.2022). After this deadline dormitory administration do not guarantee a place in the dormitory of the University of Opole.
