Registration of candidates begins on the 19 of April 2024.

1st cycle (Undergraduate) and long-cycle (Graduate) (5–years), full-time
I round
19.04.2024 – 12.07.2024 – registration of candidates and payment for the registration fee.
12.07.2024 – final deadline for:
- IRK registration and registration fee payment
- registration for a Polish and/or English language exam for foreigners
- submitting document scans in the IRK system
26.07.2024 until 15:00 UTC+2 – final deadline for submitting all required original documents, including documents sent by post.
II round
30.07.2024 – opening of the IRK system registration for studies which still have available spots after the I round.
30.08.2024 – the last day of IRK registration and the final deadline for paying the recruitment fee for Global Studies and Economics (International Business), and the last day of English language exam registration.
10.09.2024 – the final deadline for submitting the original documents (including those sent by post). Failing to submit the documents before the deadline will be treated as resignation from studies in University of Opole.
12.09.2024 – final registration and fee payment day for Musicology and Artistic Education.
16.09.2024 – final deadline for issuing a decision on opening the studies programme.
28.09.2024 – the end of 1st cycle studies registration.
2nd cycle (Graduate), full- time
I round
20.04.2024 – opening day of IRK registration.
22.07.2024 – final deadline for:
- IRK registration and registration fee payment
- registration for a Polish and/or English language exam for foreigners
- submitting document scans in the IRK system
30.07.2024 until 15:00 UTC+2 – the final deadline for submitting the original documents (including those sent by post).
II round
01.08.2023 – opening of the IRK system registration for studies which still have available spots below the set limit.
30.08.2024 – the last day of IRK registration and the final deadline for paying the recruitment fee for Global Studies and Economics (Sustainable Development), Master of Liberal Arts, Sociology (Intercultural Connumication) and the last day of English language exam registration.
11.09.2024 – the final deadline for submitting the original documents (including those sent by post). Failing to submit the documents before the deadline will be treated as resignation from studies in University of Opole.
16.09.2024 – final deadline for issuing a decision on opening the studies programme.
05.10.2024 – the end of 2nd cycle studies registration.
During the second round of recruitment, candidates are obliged to submit original documents immediately after being qualified for admission to studies. Admission depends on the order in which a particular candidate will submit the original documents since the number of places may be limited.

The scans of all the required documents have to be attached to the system from the very beginning of recruitment.
A candidate has to pay the tuition fee within 14 days after being accepted for studies.
Originals of the documents have to be submitted to the International Students Office before July 26, 2024 in the I round or before September 10, 2024 in the II round. Otherwise, a candidate will be considered to have resigned from studies at UO.
