EU INTELECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION LAW

The programme aims at providing students with an advanced knowledge of substantive intellectual property law, and of the place and role of intellectual property in domestic, regional and international contexts. The programme covers all the major IP rights, including copyright, designs, trademarks, and patents as well as confidentiality, database rights and other IP protection.
