Faculty of Natural Sciences and Technology
The Faculty was created in 1999 and now it consists of 4 Chairs:
- Chair of Biosystematics
- Chair of Biotechnology and Molecular Biology
- Chair of Process Engineering
- Chair of Land Protection
The Faculty offers the following degree programmes:
- first-cycle (BA) programmes – Biology, Biotechnology and first-cycle engineer’s programmes in Biotechnology, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Protection, Landscape Architecture, Renewable Sources of Energy and Technical and IT Education;
- second-cycle (MA) programmes – Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Protection and Landscape Architecture;
- third-cycle (PhD) programme – Biology;
The Faculty has powers to confer doctoral and postdoctoral degrees in biology.
