Special scholarship for students with disabilities can be granted to BA, MA and PhD students having a disability status.
The applications are available online in the USOSweb after the student is registered for the winter semester.
How to apply for the disability scholarship?
BA, MA and PhD students:
- Submit the certificate of the disability status (can a copy) to the Student Affairs Office at least one day before filling in the online application. The document may be also sent by post to the Student Affairs Office, ul.Oleska 48 45-052, with a note on the envelope stating the field of studies.
- Fill in the online application and print:
- Programme declaration
- Application
- Submit printed documents, best in person, showing at the same time the original of the certificate of the disability status.
The deadline for the submission of applications for disability scholarships is 15 October.
The student’s personal bank account number can be entered in the Payments tab.
ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
- Disability scholarship can be received only for one studied programme.
- Students who have completed one degree programme and continue their studies on another programme are not entitled to the disability scholarship, unless they continue their studies after completing a first-cycle programme in order to obtain an MA degree, but not longer than for three years. Students who completed a second-cycle study programme, or a first-cycle study programme and started another first-cycle study programme are not entitled to the special disability scholarship.
- Students who defended their MA thesis (or licentiate) before the date specified in the regulations of the studies lose the right to the scholarships (except for the minister’s scholarships) from the month following the defence.
