FORTHEM SHORT-TERM MOBILITIES - CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Faculties, departments, Student Union and other actors can apply for a FORTHEM Short Term Mobility status for their 5-day intensive courses.

The deadline for applications is 13/09/2023, and the programmes should be organized between 01/03/2024 and 28/02/2025.

FORTHEM Collective Short Term Mobility programmes are 5-day intensive courses, where you will select 3 students from each FORTHEM partner university. The dissemination of the course and the student admission process is organised by the FORTHEM offices. The organiser of the course will receive pre-checked applications for evaluation, and once the admission decision has been made, the FORTHEM offices will take care of the practicalities concerning travel grants etc for the students. The organizer of the course will receive a budget of 500 EUR to cover minor hosting costs, e.g catering for a welcome event.

With a FORTHEM short term mobility status, you will be able to target the student recruitement to the FORTHEM universities, and you will be able to offer the students the possibility to visit the university. Also, a FORTHEM Short Term Mobility programme can work as a marketing tool for your international Master’s degree programme.
