Uprzejmie informujemy, że kompletną dokumentację dotyczącą mobilności pracowników (STA i STT) w ramach Programu Erasmus+ należy złożyć pracownikom Zespołu ds. mobilności międzynarodowej Biura Nauki i Obsługi Projektów najpóźniej 21 dni przed planowaną datą rozpoczęcia mobilności. Złożenie dokumentacji w terminie późniejszym może skutkować brakiem możliwości podpisania umowy finansowej przed wyjazdem (a tym samym brakiem możliwości realizacji mobilności w zaplanowanym terminie).
