Ważne informacje związane z reazlizacją mobilności Erasmus+
Important information regarding realization of Erasmus+ mobilietiesDear Students,
Below we would like to provide some important information related to the realization of the Erasmus + Program in the coming months and the planned additional recruitment.
Due to the upcoming summer break, many students were interested in performing mobility for traineeship within the framework of the Erasmus + Program during the summer months of this year. Unfortunately, due to the lack of available funds, no additional recruitment for mobilities for study and internship within the Program will be organized in the academic year 2019/2020.
We are currently waiting for the information about the allocated funds for the new financial agreement with the National Agency and most likely the next recruitment (for traineeships and studies during the summer semester 2020/2021) will be held in October 2020.
In addition, the Rector’s Order No. 21/2020 of March 6, 2020 regarding the suspension of visits and arrivals of students, doctoral students, and employees is still in force. This means that students and graduates who have already recruited for the Program will not be able to realize their mobility during the summer months (July, August, September). If the Rector’s Order will be also valid during the winter semester 2021/2020, students planning mobility during this period will not be able to perform it. Should this happen, it would be possible to postpone the mobility to the summer semester or perform blended mobility (partly online at the partner university, if the partner university will offer such a possibility).
In this regard, we encourage students who have planned their mobilities in the winter semester 2020/2021 to refrain from purchasing e.g. flight tickets to the country of mobility or incurring other expenses related to mobility until the implementation of mobility will be certain.

Drodzy Studenci,
Poniżej chcielibyśmy podać kilka ważnych informacji związanych z realizacją Programu Erasmus+ w najbliższych miesiącach oraz planowaną dodatkową rekrutacją.
W związku ze zbliżającą się przerwą wakacyjną wielu studentów zainteresowanych było realizacją mobilności na praktykę w ramach Programu Erasmus+ w miesiącach letnich b.r.. Niestety, w związku z brakiem dostępnych środków nie zostanie już przeprowadzona żadna dodatkowa rekrutacja na wyjazdy na studia i praktyki w ramach Programu w roku akademickim 2019/2020.
Aktualnie czekamy na informację dotyczące alokacji środków w ramach nowej umowy finansowej z Narodową Agencją i najprawdopodobniej kolejna rekrutacja (na praktyki i studia w semestrze letnim 2020/2021) odbędzie się w październiku 2020 r.
Dodatkowo, w dalszym ciągu obowiązuje Zarządzenie Rektora UO nr 21/2020 z dnia 6 marca 2020 r. w sprawie: wstrzymania wyjazdów i przyjazdów studentów, doktorantów i pracowników. Oznacza to, że studenci i absolwenci, którzy zarekrutowali się już do Programu nie będą mogli zreazlizować swoich mobilności w czasie miesięcy wakacyjnych (lipiec, sierpień, wrzesień). Jeśli zarządzenie będzie obowiązywać również w semestrze zimowym 2021/2020 studenci planujący mobilności w tym okresie także nie będą mogli jej zreazliować. Jeśli doszło by do takiej sytuacji możliwe będzie przesunięcie mobilności na semestr letni lub realizacja mobilności częściowo zdalnie na uczelni partnerskiej (jeśli uczelnia partnerska zagwarantuje taką możliwość).
W związku z tym zachęcamy studentów, którzy zaplanowali realizację mobiności w semestrze zimowym 2020/2021, aby wstrzymali się jeszcze z zakupem np. biletów lotniczych do kraju mobilności lub ponoszeniem innych wydatków związanych z mobilnością, dopóki realizacja mobilności nie będzie pewna.
