“Welcome to UO”
The third edition of The Flavours of the World is behind us. The aim of the project was to encourage people to open up to new cultures and traditions, try other cuisines, and interact with people from different parts of the world. For this occasion, our regular and Erasmus+ students prepared the traditional foods, specific to their countries. This time we had a chance to try traditional dishes from Azerbaijan, China, Egypt, Ghana, Iran, Spain, Cameroon, Kazakhstan, Taiwan, Tunisia, Turkey , Uzbekistan and Poland.
The two-hour-long degustation was accompanied by the unique Christmas playlist.
Thank you all for the great time, and delicious food. We look forward to seeing you at the next event!
The event is a part of the Welcome to UO project, co-funded by the European Social Fund of the European Union.
