Equality and diversity
On Thursday, May 30, more than 20 employees from the University of Opole participated in the second of the series of three trainings organised as part of the NAWA Welcome to Poland programme, entitled “Equality and Diveristy at the Univeristy- challenges and possibilities”.
The participants had an opportunity to learn more about the siginifignace of intercultural competences, and discuss the meaning of equality and tolerance. During the training the UO employees worked on possible mechanisms that will benefit cultural diversity at the Univeristy.
The event is a part of the Welcome to UO project, co-funded by the European Social Fund of the European Union.
