The first edition of The Flavours of the World is behind us. The aim of the project was  to encourage people to open up to new cultures and traditions, try other cuisines, and interact with people from different parts of the world. For this occasion, our regular and Erasmus+ students prepared the traditional foods, specific to their countries. The gathered students and UO employees had an opportunity to try dishes from India, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Morocco, Taiwan, and Turkey. The two-hour-long degustation was accompanied by the unique playlist created from the students’ favourite music.
