They talk about us!
Opole University is a well-known university in Opole Voivodeship. Recently, after we had published an article on our successes in internationalization, a few websites mentioned our achievements in their articles. Some major regional news providers – Onet Opole, NTO and Wyborcza – elaborated on our new international programmes, stressing the number of options and the variety of our current and expected students.
Moreover, not so long time ago participants of the International Summer School organized by the University of Opole had an opportunity to visit Radio Opole. During this tour they got acquainted with the structure and functioning of many marvelous devices which were used a couple of decades ago. Moreover, they were observing how radio employees work, how the radio material is produced and, in addition, they visited a studio were singers and music bands do their performances for Radio Opole. Furthermore, after the tour some of the international students were interviewed and they shared their impressions about this visit. The recording of this tour can be found on a facebook page of Radio Opole as well as on their official website.
What is more, the representatives of Opole University were shown in other media too. For instance, recently Dr. Michał Wanke, a teacher at the Institute of Sociology and the coordinator of the Office for International Study Programmes was interviewed on the local Radio Doxa. He talked about various studying opportunities for students both from Poland and from abroad. The candidates have a great variety of specialisations from which they can choose their dreamed one, as well as a few languages of studying to consider.
