  1. Kto może się ubiegać o wyjazd?

O wyjazd może ubiegać się osoba, która oficjalnie jest studentem UO stacjonarnym lub niestacjonarnym na kierunku studiów prowadzących do otrzymania dyplomu licencjata/ inżyniera, magistra lub doktora.

  1. Jak wygląda realizacja mobilności?

Mobilność w celu studiowania w ramach Programu Erasmus+ polega na realizacji programu studiów w jednej z uczelni partnerskich. Każdy student realizujący mobilność przed wyjazdem przygotowuje swój indywidualny program studiów (Learning Agreement), który będzie realizować w semestrze mobilności. Ideą Programu Erasmus+ jest realizacja części programu studiów za granicą. Po zakończeniu mobilności przedmioty realizowane na uczelni partnerskiej będą uznane na UO jako część podstawowego programu studenta.

  1. Jak aplikować?

Aplikacja o wyjazd na studia możliwa jest w czasie ogłoszonej przez Biuro Nauki i Obsługi Projektów (tzw. Biuro Erasmus+) rekrutacji. Rekrutacja na studia najczęściej odbywa się dwa razy w roku. Rekrutacja wiosenna dotyczy aplikowania o mobilności realizowane w semestrze zimowym i letnim kolejnego roku akademickiego, a rekrutacja jesienna dotyczy mobilności w semestrze letnim bieżącego roku akademickiego. Informacja o rekrutacji, wraz z instrukcjami jak aplikować, zamieszczana jest na stronie internetowej Biura. W czasie rekrutacji student zainteresowany mobilnością wypełnia odpowiedni wniosek wyjazdowy dostępny na stronie internetowej Biura i dostarcza go do swojego Koordynatora Programu Erasmus+.

  1. Jak wybrać uczelnię przyjmującą?

Wyjazd  odbywa się do jednej z uczelni partnerskich posiadającej Kartę ECHE, których aktualna lista publikowana jest na tej stronie internetowej Biura. Możesz wybrać jedną z uczelni partnerskich z którą Twoja jednostka ma podpisaną umowę o współpracy. Lista aktualnych umów jest zamieszczona na naszej stronie internetowej. Przy wyborze uczelni radzimy kierować się programem zajęć dostępnych dla studentów Programu ERASMUS+ (course catalog). Najlepszym źródłem tych informacji są strony internetowe uczelni partnerskich.

  1. Jakie warunki należy spełnić przy rekrutacji?

Aby móc ubiegać się o wyjazd trzeba posiadać status studenta Uniwersytetu Opolskiego. Wydziałowi Koordynatorzy Programu Erasmus+ podejmują decyzję o zakwalifikowaniu studenta do wyjazdu, biorąc pod uwagę:

-motywację do wyjazdu,

-dobrą znajomość języka obcego, w którym prowadzone są zajęcia w uczelni partnerskiej;

-inne kryteria, m.in.: średnią ze studiów, dodatkową działalność studencką na rzecz promowania postaw proaktywnych wśród społeczności akademickiej, dodatkową działalność w Buddy Programme funkcjonującym na Uczelni itp.

Ostateczne kryteria kwalifikacji są ustalane indywidualnie przez Koordynatora Programu Erasmus+.

  1. Ile trwa mobilność?

Długoterminowa mobilność na studia może trwać od 2 do 12 miesięcy. Przeważnie długość mobilności w trakcie jednego semestru uwarunkowana jest długością semestru w uczelni partnerskiej.

  1. Jakie są stawki stypendium?

Aktualne stawki stypendium w podziale na poszczególne kraje dostępne są na naszej stronie internetowej.

  1. Czy stypendium pokryje wszystkie koszty związane z mobilnością?

Student otrzymuje dofinansowanie/stypendium wyrównujące zwiększone koszty utrzymania za granicą – stypendium nie jest przeznaczone na pokrycie pełnych kosztów wyjazdu

  1. Jak wypłacane jest stypendium?

Stypendium wypłacane jest w dwóch ratach. 70% kwoty stypendium wypłacane jest przed rozpoczęciem mobilności, a pozostałe 30% po zakończeniu i rozliczeniu mobilności.

  1. Czy mogę zrealizować wyjazd na studia „z warunkiem”?

Warunkiem wyjazdu na studia jest zaliczenie semestru poprzedzającego wyjazd. W przypadku zaliczeń warunkowych decyzję o możliwości zrealizowania wyjazdu i jego terminie podejmuje Dziekan właściwego Wydziału.

  1. Czy mogę zrealizować mobilność na ostatnim roku studiów?

Tak, zrealizowanie mobilności na ostatnim roku studiów jest możliwe po uzyskaniu zgody promotora na wyjazd.

  1. Jakie dokumenty są potrzebne do podpisania umowy finansowej na wyjazd?

  1. Who can apply for the mobility?

 A person who is officially a full-time or part-time UO student in the field of studies leading to a bachelor’s / engineer, master’s or doctoral diploma may apply.

  1. How is the mobility implemented?

Mobility for the purpose of studying under the Erasmus + Program consists in implementing a study program in one of the partner universities. Before the departure, each student implementing the mobility prepares his own individual study program (Learning Agreement), which they will study in the mobility semester. The idea behind the Erasmus + Program is to implement part of the study program abroad. After completing the mobility, the subjects taught at the partner university will be recognized at the UO as part of the student’s study program.

  1. How to apply?

Application for a mobility for studies is possible during the recruitment announced by Office for Research and Project Management (the so-called Erasmus + Office). Recruitment for Erasmus+ motilities takes place twice a year. Spring recruitment concerns mobility applications carried out in the winter and summer semesters of the next academic year, and fall recruitment concerns mobility in the spring semester of the current academic year. Information on recruitment, along with instructions on how to apply, is posted on the Office’s website. During the recruitment process, a student interested in mobility fills in an appropriate application form available on the Office’s website and delivers it to the right Erasmus + Program Coordinator.

  1. How to choose a host university?

The mobility takes place to one of the partner universities holding the ECHE Card, the current list of which is published on this website of the Office. You can choose one of the partner universities with which your unit has a signed cooperation agreement. A list of current contracts is available on our website. When choosing a university, we advise you to follow the program of activities available for ERASMUS + students (course catalog). The websites of partner universities are the best source of this information.

  1. What conditions you have to meet to be recruited?

 To be able to apply for a mobility, you must have the status of a student at the University of Opole. Faculty Coordinators of the Erasmus + Program make a decision to qualify a student for mobility, taking into account:

 – motivation for mobility,

-good knowledge of the foreign language in which classes are conducted at the partner university; -other criteria, including: average from studies, additional student activity to promote proactive attitudes among the academic community, additional activity in the Buddy Program operating at the University, etc.

 The final eligibility criteria are set individually by the Erasmus + Program Coordinator

  1. How long last the mobility?

Long-term mobility for studies can last from 2 to 12 months. Usually, the length of mobility during one semester depends on the length of the semester at the partner university.

  1. What are the scholarship rates?

The current scholarship rates by country are available on our website.

  1. Will the scholarship cover all mobility costs?

 The student receives a grant / scholarship to compensate for the increased costs of living abroad – the scholarship is not intended to cover the full costs of the mobility

  1. How is the scholarship paid?

The scholarship is paid in two installments. 70% of the scholarship is paid before the start of the mobility, and the remaining 30% after the completion and settlement of the mobility.

  1. Can I go to study “with a condition”?

The condition for going to study is to pass the semester preceding the departure. In the case of conditional credits, the decision on the possibility of the mobility and its date is taken by the Dean of the relevant Faculty.

  1. Can I be mobile during the last year of studies?

Yes, mobility in the last year of studies is possible after receiving the thesis supervisor’s consent to perform it.

  1. What documents are needed to sign the financial agreement for the trip?

The full list of documents needed to sign the financial agreement is described in the Principles of recruitment and implementation of student mobility under the Erasmus + Program at the University of Opole – exchange within the Program countries in art. 14 .

 In addition, the instructions will also be sent in the qualification e-mail after the recruitment.

  1. How many motilities can I perform?

Each student has 12 months (360 days) of mobility budget during each level of studies. This is the time they can spend on mobility to study and / or internship.

    Tak. Praktykę można zrealizować w trzech różnych formach. Wypełniając Learning Agreement będziesz musiał wybrać, która opcja dotyczy Ciebie:

    1. Praktyka jest integralną częścią programu kształcenia (obowiązkowa, aby otrzymać kwalifikację (dyplom);
    2. Praktyka nie jest obowiązkowa dla kierunku studiów (praktyka dodatkowa);
    3. Praktyka dla absolwentów (praktyka absolwencka musi być zrealizowana do 12 m-cy po obronie, to  oznacza, że musi się ona zakończyć na dzień przed rocznicą Twojej obrony).

     

    1. Jak aplikować?

    Aplikacja o wyjazd na praktykę możliwa jest w czasie ogłoszonej przez Biuro Nauki i Obsługi Projektów (tzw. Biuro Erasmus+) rekrutacji.     1. Gdzie można zrealizować praktykę?

    Praktyki lub staż w ramach programu Erasmus+ można odbyć w firmach, placówkach naukowo-badawczych, organizacjach non-profit, na uczelniach (np. przy projekcie lub w laboratorium), w jednostkach administracji państwowych czy w innych instytucjach takich jak szpitale, biblioteki, muzea itp. Praktyk nie można odbyć w instytucjach unijnych, w instytucjach odpowiedzialnych za zarządzanie unijnymi programami i w polskich placówkach dyplomatycznych za granicą. Instytucja, w której będą odbywać się praktyki, musi znajdować się w kraju uczestniczącym w programie Erasmus+.

    1. Gdzie szukać miejsca praktyki?

    Oferty praktyk oferowane studentom znajdują się na stronie internetowej Biura, w zakładce oferty praktyk. Dodatkowo można korzystać z platform na, których pracodawcy zamieszczają swoje oferty praktyk dla studentów, jak np. platforma www.erasmusintern.org

    Studenci sami poszukują i kontaktują się z firmą, w której chcieliby odbyć praktykę.

    1. Czy UO musi podpisać umowę o współpracy z instytucją przyjmującą.

    Nie. UO nie podpisuje dodatkowych umów z instytucją przyjmującą. Jedynym dokumentem, który akceptują wszystkie trzy strony tj. student, UO i instytucja przyjmująca jest Porozumienie o programie praktyki (Learning Agreement).

      1. Can I make an internship within the Erasmus + program as a compulsory internship during my studies?

      Yes. The internship can be carried out in three different forms. When completing the Learning Agreement, you will have to choose which option applies to you:

      1. Internship is an integral part of the study program (compulsory to obtain a qualification (diploma);
      2. The internship is not compulsory for the field of study (voluntary internship);
      3. Internship for graduates (the graduate internship must be completed within 12 months after the defense, which means that it must end on the day before the anniversary of your defense).

The institution where the internship will take place must be located in a country participating in the Erasmus + program.

      1. Where to find a place of traineeship?

       The internship offers offered to students can be found on the Office’s website, in the internship offers tab. Additionally, you can use the platforms where employers post their internship offers for students, such as the www.erasmusintern.org platform.

       The students search for and contact the company in which they would like to undergo an internship by themselves.

      1. Does the UO have to sign a cooperation agreement with the host institution?

      No. UO does not sign additional agreements with the host institution. The only document that is accepted by all three parties, i.e. the student, the UO and the host institution, is the Learning Agreement.
