New recruitment for mobilities for studies and traineeships within the framework of the Erasmus + Program during the 2025/2026 ay.*

The recruitment will last from 03.03.2025 to 14.03.2025 **

 

 

 

HOW TO APPLY FOR MOBILITY FOR STUDY:

  1. In the section, Partner Universities find your Faculty/Institute and see what cooperation agreements are available for youChoose one university from the list where you would like to apply and write it in your application (ATTENTION: before selecting the university, please check first on the Internet the courses offered by the partner university, the so-called “Erasmus+ course catalogue”).
  2. Fill in the application form for study, sign it and deliver the paper or electronic version (scan) of it to your Erasmus + Coordinator during the recruitment (NOTE: recruitment is carried out by the Erasmus + Coordinator, not the Course Coordinator, therefore your application form must be sent to the Erasmus + Coordinator in your Unit).
  3. Then your Erasmus + Coordinator will conduct internal recruitment in the unit. They may ask you for additional information such as your average degree from studies,  instruction language level (most often it is English), information on additional activities for the University of Opole, etc.
  4. All the applications sent to the Erasmus + Coordinator will be forwarded for approval to the Dean of your Faculty, and then they will be sent to our office along with the nomination list.
  5. After calculating the available funds and the number of applications, the Erasmus + Office will divide the funds.
  6. After calculating the funds, we will inform you via e-mail about the results of the recruitment.
  7. In the coming weeks, the Erasmus + Office will send official nominations of the students to the partner universities.
  8. After receiving official nominations, the partner university will contact you directly (via e-mail) and send you further instructions (application procedure at their university).
  9. Fill out all the points of the application indicated by the partner university and follow their deadlines, then you will be sure that your application will be successful.

HOW TO APPLY FOR  MOBILITY FOR TRAINEESHIP:

With the Erasmus + Program you can also perform an internship, as an obligatory internship in the course of studies, an additional internship to gain new experience, or an internship as a recent graduate.

  1. Fill in the application form for traineeship, sign it, and deliver the paper or electronic version (scan) of it to your Erasmus + Coordinator during the recruitment (NOTE: recruitment is carried out by the Erasmus + Coordinator, not the Course Coordinator, therefore your application form must be sent to the Erasmus + Coordinator in your Unit).
  2. Then your Erasmus + Coordinator will conduct internal recruitment in the unit. They may ask you for additional information such as your average degree from studies,  instruction language level (most often it is English), information on additional activities for the University of Opole, etc.
  3. All the applications sent to the Erasmus + Coordinator will be forwarded for approval to the Dean of your Faculty, and then they will be sent to our office along with the nomination list.
  4. After calculating the available funds and the number of applications, the Erasmus + Office will split the funds.
  5. After calculating the funds, we will inform you via e-mail about the recruitment results.

If you have not yet selected a place where you would like to perform an internship, at least write the country where you would like to perform it.

You have to find the place of the internship yourself. You can search it in the current internship offers we have received or you can use the Erasmusintern.org platform. More details on the later stages of implementing mobility can be found in the tab Q&A and Step by Step.
