Immatriculation (official registration in the University\u2019s systems) usually takes place one or two weeks before the start of the semester (1 October). Please check your emails (the ones you provided in the IRK system), especially<\/strong> your spam folder.<\/p>\n

Pro tip: if the semester has already started, go to the Dean\u2019s Office to ask whether you\u2019re already in the system and to find out your student ID number. Then, in the USOS system, click \u2018Log in\u2019. Below the login details, you\u2019ll find \u201cForgot your password\u201d \u2013 click on this and enter your university email address (index-numer@student.uni.opole.pl)<\/em><\/strong>. This will send an account activation link to your inbox.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

You can pay for your student ID card once you have gained access to USOS. Every student has a different<\/strong> bank account number \u2013 do not ask<\/strong> your fellow students to give you their account number from USOS, as you will end up paying for their ID card<\/strong>; do not give your own account number to others! You must transfer 22 z\u0142 to the account number you will find in USOS. The transfer reference must include: \u2018Student ID card fee \u2013 your first name and surname<\/em>\u2019.<\/p>\n

The ID card should be ready for collection in early October, provided the payment has been made<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The timetable is usually published in the last few days of September for the winter term and in the last few days of February for the summer term.<\/p>\n

You can find it by visiting your faculty\u2019s website and then clicking on the \u2018Students<\/em>\u2019 tab at the very top of the page. Once the options have expanded, click on \u2018Class schedules<\/em>\u2019. For those of you who are still waiting for your visa, please make sure to check your timetable to find out the names of your lecturers. You can then find the lecturers\u2019 email addresses (possibly via USOS). You should direct this question to the office where you applied. Normally, new students must report to the University within the first two weeks of the semester<\/strong>; otherwise, they automatically fail the semester and are removed from the student register. However, some faculties grant an extension of this period for international students.<\/p>\n

If you have already received your visa and are encountering travel-related problems, you can contact your faculty Dean’s office to request an extension to your arrival date.
