In this case, if you need to see a doctor, you call the number provided on your insurance policy and wait for details of the location and date of your appointment. You will be issued with an invoice for the medical care, and you must claim a refund from your insurer.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

In this case, you should contact your insurer, e.g. PZU or AXA. If you require a medical consultation, you must contact your insurer, who will specify the location and date of the appointment.<\/p>\n

Another option for private insurance is medical packages offered by providers such as LUX MED or Medicover. To register for insurance, you should go to your nearest NFZ office on 72A Ozimska Street, 45-310 Opole, submit an application and pay the insurance premium. Whilst there, you can also apply for a European Health Insurance Card<\/strong> (EHIC), which is often issued immediately. You should then visit one of the health centres to sign a declaration of choice of general practitioner. If you need to see a doctor, please contact the health centre where you signed the registration form or go to the centre first thing in the morning to book an appointment. Such appointments are free of charge, as are hospital stays and visits to hospital or ED.<\/p>\n
