Jest to niezb\u0119dne, aby mo\u017cliwe by\u0142o dalsze procedowanie Twojego wniosku.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Uczelnia ma obowi\u0105zek uzupe\u0142ni\u0107 za\u0142\u0105cznik w terminie 30 dni. Po jego podpisaniu otrzymasz wiadomo\u015b\u0107 e-mail o tre\u015bci: \u201eWniosek jest ju\u017c mo\u017cliwy do z\u0142o\u017cenia\u201d.&nbsp; B\u0119dziesz m\u00f3g\u0142 z\u0142o\u017cy\u0107 wniosek o udzielenie zezwolenia na pobyt czasowy dopiero po wype\u0142nieniu przez Uczelni\u0119 formularza online.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-black-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-black-background-color has-background is-style-default\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Information for international students<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>If you are submitting an application for a temporary residence permit via the Modu\u0142 Obs\u0142ugi Spraw (MOS), the correct e-mail address of the University of Opole to be entered in the application is:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><a href=\"mailto:mos@uni.opole.pl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mos@uni.opole.pl<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>A special attachment will be sent to this address. It must be completed and electronically signed by the person responsible on behalf of the University of Opole. This is necessary so that your application can be further processed.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The University is required to complete the attachment within 30 days.
