HOW TO APPLY FOR A MOBILITY TO ALBANIA OR MONTENEGRO:

1.During the recruitment fill in, collect and deliver to your Erasmus+ Coordinator all the listed documents;

– Application form

– CV (Resume)

– Motivation Letter referring to the issues included in the EVALUATION FORM

– Student’s status statement (to obtain in the Dean’s Office)

– Transcript of records of the semesters already finished within the study cycle (to obtain in the Dean’s Office)

– Overall grade statement – average grade from your study program (to obtain in the Dean’s Office)

– Other certificates confirming the scientific achievements of an applicant and issues discussed in the Evaluation Form

– Confirmation of language proficiency (min. B1 – to be discussed with partner institution); certificate issued by UO Foreign Language Centre or other certificates are accepted. Statement issued by Erasmus+ Coordinator confirming applicant’s language competence is also accepted

– Co-financing statement 

– Other documents specified by Erasmnus+ Coordinator (if applicable)

– Copy of the decision of receiving the social scholarship (stypendium sojalne) – if applicable

ATTENTION: The Erasmus+ Coordinator runs the recruitment (not the program coordinator) which is why your application has to be delivered to your Erasmus+ Coordinator.

2. After that, our Erasmus+ Coordinator will run the international recruitment in your unit.

3. Application forms delivered to the Erasmus+ Coordinator will be passed for the acceptance of the dean and then they will be delivered to our Office together with the nomination list.

4. After we receive the applications from the Erasmus+ Coordinator the Commission will recruit the students chosen for performing the mobility.

5. After calculating the funds we will inform you via email about the recruitment results. Remember that the number of available places is limited (only 4 places are available to Montenegro and 1 to Albania). All the mobilities have to be performed during the winter semester of the 2024/2025 academic year.
