Dear Students,

New recruitment for mobilieties for study and traineeship in the framework of Erasmus + Program during the academic year 2020/2021 starts now.

The recruitment will last from 23.03.2020 to 03.04.2020.

Every regular student of the University of Opole can participate in the recruitment. **

HOW TO APPLY FOR MOBILITY FOR STUDY:

  1. In the section Partner Universities  find your Faculty/Institute and see what cooperation agreements are available for you. Choose one university from the list where you would like to apply to and write it in your application.

2. Fill in the application form for study and send it to your Erasmus + Coordinator during the recruitment (NOTE: recruitment is carried out by the Erasmus + Coordinator, not the Course Coordinator, therefore your  application form must be sent to the Erasmus + Coordinator in your Unit). Due to the current situation, application forms should be sent to the Erasmus+ Coordinators in electronic form, whic means you should: fill in the application, print it, sign it and then send it via email (from your university email!) to the Erasmus + Coordinator. If you are unable to print out and scan the application, complete it, save it as a PDF file and send it to the Erasmus + Coordinator (from your university email!).

By submitting the application to the Erasmus + Coordinator, you declare that you have read and accept the Procedure for the recruitment and implementation of student mobility within the Erasmus + Program at the University of Opole.

  1. Then your Erasmus + Coordinator will conduct internal recruitment in the unit. He or she may ask you for additional information such as your average degree from studies,  instruction language level (most often it is English), information on additional activities for the University of Opole, etc.
  2. All the applications sent to the Erasmus + Coordinator will be forwarded for approval to the Dean of your Faculty, and then they will be sent to our office along with the nomination list.
  3. After calculating the available funds and the number of applications, the Erasmus + Office will split the funds to check whether all applicants will be granted with a mobility.
  4. After calculating the funds, we will inform you via e-mail (to your university email address) about the results of the recruitment.
  5. In the coming weeks, the Erasmus + Office will send official nominations of the students to the partner universities.
  6. After receiving official nominations, partner universities will contact you directly (via e-mail) and send you further instructions (application procedure at their university).
  7. Fill out all the points of the application indicated by the partner university and follow their deadlines, then you will be sure that your application will be successful. ***

More details on the later stages of implementing mobility can be found in the Step by Step section.
