Apply for the New AUCA Master’s Program – “TALENT”
Register for the AUCA new, interdisciplinary master’s program “Talent Management and Human Development in Organizations” or in short – “TALENT”. A unique, innovative program aims at specialists in proactive human talent management to create and develop high-quality organizations and skills.
Graduates of the program will become specialists in creating a talent management system and developing capacities of staff in organizations. This master’s program has been made for the Project “Establishing Master Programmes in HRM and Talent Development in Central Asia” financed by European Union under the Erasmus+ Program.
