What is USOS?

MATRICULATION – process of becoming a student of a higher education institution

USOS is available only for authorised users and computers for security reasons

USOSweb – general information:

USOSweb is an online service which contains data stored in the USOS data base. It allows students and staff members to access the data stored in USOS.

Using USOSweb students can:

  • Online handle issues connected with the course of studies
  • Check class time tables, curricula, grades and credits, subjects and exams enrolment,
  • Obtain information about payments and scholarships and apply for scholarships,

UsIng  USOSweb staff members can:

  • Give credits and grades
  • Send messages to their class participants
  • Announce test and exam results

Thanks to USOS:

  • students and teachers can stay in contact,
  • students can see their grades, information connected with their studies and their contact data.
  • it is also possible to use some of its tools, like Pollster, which can be used for conducting surveys.

From time to some minor problems can happen:

  • System hangings during registration,
  • Delays in data synchronisation.
