Introduction to EU law

The aim ofthe course is tofamiliarize studentswith the basis of institutional system of the EU law like EU institutions and legal sources, scope of EU competences  and basic principles of EU law. Students will gain knowledge about the development of the EU, knowledge of the basic principles of EU law and measures available to review legality of EU law. They will also obtain practicalability to properly use procedures connected with legality review of EU law,  the ability to apply properly UE law in the internal legal order according with basic principles to EU law.
