INTERPERSONAL SKILLS – PRACTICAL WORKSHOPS

The course focuses on improving students’ interpersonal skills with a view of the participants’ functioning in various social environments. Based on theoretical framework, the course will offer practical training on such issues as: assertiveness, verbal and non-verbal communication, barriers in effective communication, resolving conflicts, negotiating and making decisions.
