Submission of documents


After registering in the Online Admission System (IRK) international candidates should find information of being qualified for admission in their online accounts (there will not be any other information). Qualified candidates should submit their documents to Liudmyla Kashko, Rector’s Proxy for International Cooperation, Katowicka 89, 45-564 Opole, Tel.: +48 774527496 before the deadline stated in the Admission Schedule.

 

International candidates applying for admission pursuant to the rules applicable to Polish citizens

submit a proper document confirming the entitlement (it can be a photocopy confirmed by the University):

  • valid Pole’s Card
  • passport or an ID in the case of citizens of countries belonging to the EU and EFTA (the Swiss Confederation citizens – passport only) or a document confirming being a family member of such a person.
  • valid permanent residence permit
  • document confirming a refugee status granted by the Republic of Poland
  • document confirming their status of being under temporary protection in the territory of Poland
  • document confirming that they are migrating employees and citizens of a member state of the European Union or the European Free Trade Agreement (EFTA) – the sides of the agreement on European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation or they are family members of such persons
  • long-term EU resident permit
  • temporary Polish residence permit issued due to circumstances stated in Art. 127, Art. 159 section 1 or Art. 186 Section 1 Subsection 3 or 4 of the Act on Foreigners of 12 December, 2013 (Journal of Laws No. 1650)
  • document they are under complementary protection in the territory of the Republic of Poland

 

International candidates applying for admission pursuant to the rules other than those applicable to Polish citizens

in addition to the required documents submit an application to Rector with the request for being accepted without following regular admission procedures.
